AIM Screening Group announced that it has now formally completed the divestment of its European operations. This incorporates both the UK based pre-employment screening business, AIM Screening Limited (UK), now re-named and re-branded Credence Background Screening and the corporate due diligence company, Garancie Limited.
AIM Screening Group will continue to focus on its fast growing businesses spread geographically across the Asian-Pacific regions.
