An individual with a recorded bankruptcy may be disqualified from holding certain positions of responsibility. Additionally an individual’s bankruptcy history may serve to attest to their financial prudence and probity. AIM Screening will search the appropriate bankruptcy register to verify an individual’s bankruptcy status.A bankruptcy check is recommended for senior management positions and finance roles, and may also be relevant where an individual has access to funds or budgets.
BASIC CREDIT CHECK
A consumer credit verification is only available for the purpose of providing credit. For the purposes of employment screening a basic credit verification will reveal commercial information recorded against an individual. This check will include details of litigation, court judgments (in some states), and current and discharged bankruptcy information recorded to an individual in their commercial capacity. A basic credit check may serve to attest to an individual’s financial prudence and probity.It is recommended for senior management positions and finance roles, and may also be relevant where an individual has access to funds or budgets.
